47′ × 43′ two-wall cyc, 3,000 sq ft, 20′ to the grid.

White for clean work, painted chroma green or blue for keying, or draped black to enclose a set. The floor can be painted black for a full blackout with the drapes, and there's room around the perimeter for camera, carts, and cases.

Stage 2 · Insert stage

27′ pre-lit green cyc with an open staging area, mezzanine level.

Already lit for keying, so it's ready the moment you walk in. Black drapes separate the cyc from the open area, which works as staging, a second setup, or a holding space while Stage 1 is dressed.

A turnkey vMix multi-cam room on symmetrical fiber.

The control room overlooks the stage through a window and switches up to eight 4K cameras or sixteen 1080p. Redundant workstations, OBS and LiveU encoders, and a Behringer Wing board are already patched. The system can be configured to your camera and audio plan, and camera and support packages are available on request.

Makeup, wardrobe, kitchenette, and bathrooms sit off the hallway beside Stage 1. The DIT room looks through a window onto the stage, and there's a covered outdoor lounge for crew and talent.

All production parking is in the side lot beside the loading bays. Nothing in front of the offices.
